El pasado 24 de abril de 2023 la Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo notific\u00f3 propuesta de requerimiento en relaci\u00f3n a las graves deficiencias en el sistema de emisoras<\/strong> utilizadas por la Polic\u00eda Local, Agentes de Movilidad Urbana y personal adscrito al Servicio de Extinci\u00f3n de Incendios y Salvamento y de Protecci\u00f3n Civil del Ayuntamiento de Santander, concluyendo lo siguiente:<\/p>\n

  1. Estos colectivos se encuentran dotados de equipos port\u00e1tiles de comunicaciones que carecen del soporte t\u00e9cnico necesario para garantizar un desarrollo de su actividad en condiciones de Seguridad y Salud<\/strong> acordes a la normativa vigente<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. El Ayuntamiento de Santander no ha realizado las actividades necesarias para eliminar y controlar el riesgo<\/strong>, siendo las realizadas hasta el momento actual insuficientes.<\/li>\n
  3. Existe concurrencia de infracciones en materia de Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos Laborales <\/strong>seg\u00fan la Ley 31\/95 Ley de Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos Laborales, as\u00ed como infracciones de la Ley sobre Infracciones y Sanciones en el Orden Social Real Decreto Legislativo 5\/2000 y Real Decreto 39\/ 1997 de Servicios de Prevenci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  4. El Ayuntamiento de Santander ha de PROCEDER A LA ADOPCI\u00d3N DE MEDIDAS INMEDIATAS DIRIGIDAS A GARANTIZAR LA COMUNICACI\u00d3N ADECUADA Y PERMANENTE DEL PERSONAL ADSCRITO A TALES SERVICIOS DE EMERGENCIAS.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Teniendo en cuenta el tiempo transcurrido desde el requerimiento efectuado por la Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo y sospechando que el concepto de inmediatez del equipo de gobierno no coincide con el de UGT, ayer, 17 de mayo de 2023, registramos escrito solicitando a la Alcaldesa informaci\u00f3n pormenorizada de las medidas adoptadas. <\/strong><\/p>\n

    EL EQUIPO DE GOBIERNO DEBE SOLUCIONAR DEFINITIVAMENTE UN GRAVE PROBLEMA QUE UGT VIENE DENUNCIANDO DESDE HACE A\u00d1OS Y QUE COMPROMETE LA SEGURIDAD DE TRABAJADORES Y DE CIUDADANOS. <\/strong>ALGO TAN SERIO NO PUEDE UTILIZARSE PARA CONSEGUIR FOTOS, TITULARES Y DECLARACIONES, EN PLENA CAMPA\u00d1A ELECTORAL, POL\u00cdTICA Y SINDICAL. AS\u00cd QUE LA SECCI\u00d3N SINDICAL DE UGT SIGUE ESPERANDO LA INFORMACI\u00d3N SOLICITADA, y, si el Ayuntamiento no hubiera adoptado ninguna medida, formularemos las denuncias procedentes, ante la Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo y los Tribunales de Justicia.<\/p>\n
