{"id":3684,"date":"2023-05-19T09:16:04","date_gmt":"2023-05-19T07:16:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/?p=3684"},"modified":"2023-05-19T09:16:04","modified_gmt":"2023-05-19T07:16:04","slug":"ugt-solicita-reunion-urgente-con-la-empresa-adjudicataria-del-mal-llamado-plan-de-empleo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/ugt-solicita-reunion-urgente-con-la-empresa-adjudicataria-del-mal-llamado-plan-de-empleo\/","title":{"rendered":"UGT SOLICITA REUNI\u00d3N URGENTE CON LA EMPRESA ADJUDICATARIA  DEL (MAL LLAMADO) PLAN DE EMPLEO."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>U<\/strong><strong>G<\/strong><strong>T REITERA Y AMPLIA SU DENUNCIA POR LAS IRREGULARIDADES Y VULNERACI\u00d3N DE DERECHOS DE LOS TRABAJADORES EN LA EJECUCI\u00d3N DEL \u201cCONTRATO DE VALORACI\u00d3N DE PUESTOS Y ELABORACI\u00d3N DE R.P.T.\u201d Y SOLICITA REUNI\u00d3N URGENTE CON LA EMPRESA ADJUDICATARIA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UGT ha registrado un nuevo escrito dirigido a la Alcaldesa, como m\u00e1xima responsable de la plantilla municipal, por las graves irregularidades que se est\u00e1n produciendo en la ejecuci\u00f3n del contrato para la Valoraci\u00f3n de puestos y Elaboraci\u00f3n de una nueva R.P.T. solicitando reuni\u00f3n urgente con la empresa adjudicataria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las irregularidades se materializan, por ejemplo, en la <strong>entrega de un cuestionario para ser cumplimentado por los trabajadores municipales <\/strong>antes del 22 de mayo (ampliado despu\u00e9s hasta el 31 de mayo)<strong> \u201ca ciegas\u201d<\/strong>. A esto se une el <strong>desconocimiento de<\/strong> detalles tan importantes como la identidad, formaci\u00f3n y experiencia de los <strong>T\u00e9cnicos actuantes<\/strong>, a los que ni siquiera conocemos, y el desconocimiento del <strong>Manual de Valoraci\u00f3n<\/strong> <strong>y metodolog\u00eda<\/strong> a emplear. En definitiva,<strong> carencia de informaci\u00f3n de todo tipo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En UGT tenemos muy presente que uno de los objetivos fundamentales del estudio es, adem\u00e1s de determinar Funciones y valorarlas (Complemento Espec\u00edfico), realizar una \u201cPROPUESTA DE MEJORAS ORGANIZATIVA Y MODIFICACI\u00d3N DE LA R.P.T.\u201d, adem\u00e1s de \u201cESTABLECER NIVELES DE DESTINO Y PROPONER MODIFICACIONES DE LOS YA ESTABLECIDOS\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En definitiva, actuar sobre nuestras funciones, salarios y destinos con cero informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UGT no va a admitir este proceder por parte de la empresa adjudicataria con el benepl\u00e1cito, y se intuye colaboraci\u00f3n, del Ayuntamiento de Santander. Porque nos impedir\u00eda realizar nuestra principal funci\u00f3n: REPRESENTAR, INFORMAR Y PROTEGER A LOS TRABAJADORES MUNICIPALES, \u00a0DEJANDO EN TOTAL VULNERABILIDAD A LA PLANTILLA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde UGT venimos exigiendo reiteradamente una nueva Valoraci\u00f3n de Puestos de Trabajo, porque la vigente data ni m\u00e1s ni menos que del a\u00f1o 1993.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Plan de Empleo (mal llamado as\u00ed dice ahora el Ayuntamiento de Santander, a pesar de que fue qui\u00e9n le puso ese nombre) fue incluido tanto en el programa electoral del PP en las elecciones municipales de 2019 como en\u00a0 el posterior Pacto de Gobierno con Cs, pero no se ha adjudicado hasta casi finalizada la legislatura (exactamente el 5 de mayo se produjo la firma del contrato con la empresa adjudicataria).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No vamos a permitir que las prisas, que todos sabemos no son buenas consejeras, malogren lo que sin duda es el proyecto m\u00e1s importante para los empleados municipales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante este nuevo frente de arduo trabajo sindical, quisi\u00e9ramos hacer una \u00faltima reflexi\u00f3n. A los sindicatos que contin\u00faan con campa\u00f1as \u201csucias\u201d de \u201cfoto, insta y postu\u201d, decirles que las faltas de respeto a los compa\u00f1er@s, la exclusi\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica, aunque se trate de reuniones bald\u00edas, y el desprecio al trabajo de UGT, solo reporta r\u00e9dito a la empresa (Ayuntamiento de Santander), nunca a los trabajadores a quienes representamos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como respuesta, seguiremos poniendo en pr\u00e1ctica en nuestro trabajo sindical lo que muchos hemos le\u00eddo recientemente,: <em>La amabilidad es una fuerza invencible. Porque, \u00bfqu\u00e9 te har\u00eda el hombre m\u00e1s agresivo si eres ben\u00e9volo y le dices: \u201cHemos nacido para otra cosa.
