{"id":3833,"date":"2024-02-21T13:39:10","date_gmt":"2024-02-21T12:39:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/?p=3833"},"modified":"2024-02-21T13:39:10","modified_gmt":"2024-02-21T12:39:10","slug":"inspeccion-de-trabajo-requiere-hoy-21-de-febrero-de-2024-al-ponente-de-proteccion-ciudadana-por-las-emisoras-de-policia-local-amus-y-bomberos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/inspeccion-de-trabajo-requiere-hoy-21-de-febrero-de-2024-al-ponente-de-proteccion-ciudadana-por-las-emisoras-de-policia-local-amus-y-bomberos\/","title":{"rendered":"INSPECCI\u00d3N DE TRABAJO REQUIERE HOY 21 DE FEBRERO DE 2024 AL PONENTE DE PROTECCI\u00d3N CIUDADANA POR LAS EMISORAS DE POLICIA LOCAL, AMUS Y BOMBEROS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo ha exigido hoy la comparecencia del Concejal de Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana, para comprobar el grado de cumplimiento de su <strong>REQUERIMIENTO POR EL ESTADO DE LAS COMUNICACIONES<\/strong> en el que se tipifico como <strong>GRAVE<\/strong>, el estado de las <strong>EMISORAS <\/strong>(o mejor dicho la falta de emisoras que funcionen).<\/p>\n<p>En dicho requerimiento establec\u00eda la necesidad de adoptar <strong>MEDIDAS INMEDIATAS PARA GARANTIZAR LA COMUNICACI\u00d3N ADECUADA Y PERMANENTE DEL PERSONAL DE EMERGENCIAS MUNICIPAL. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En esta citaci\u00f3n de Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo hoy d\u00eda 21 de febrero, tambi\u00e9n se ped\u00eda la comparecencia de un <u>Delegado de Prevenci\u00f3n de cada sindicato representado en el Comit\u00e9 de Seguridad y Salud del Ayuntamiento de Santander<\/u>.<\/p>\n<p>Esta actuaci\u00f3n inspectora, es continuaci\u00f3n de la realizada tras la <strong>DENUNCIA DE UGT A INSPECCI\u00d3N DE TRABAJO DEL 17 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 2022<\/strong>, en la que se aport\u00f3 copia de un <u>accidente de trabajo de un AMU<\/u>, cuyo origen estaba directamente relacionado con el mal funcionamiento de las emisoras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UGT<\/strong> durante la reuni\u00f3n de hoy con Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo, Ponente de Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana y resto de representantes, <u>ha instado la presencia del responsable pol\u00edtico en el pr\u00f3ximo Comit\u00e9 de Seguridad y salud para que clarifique en dicho \u00f3rgano el nuevo contrato de emisoras y sus t\u00e9rminos. <\/u>Tambi\u00e9n la <u>aportaci\u00f3n de medidas transitorias eficaces<\/u>, hasta que el pr\u00f3ximo 1 de julio se entreguen los nuevos dispositivos (fecha que se nos ha comunicado que es la que se maneja). <strong>UGT<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n ha solicitado <u>que se a\u00f1ada a los Bomberos en el contrato<\/u>, colectivo que a priori, se nos comunica que no est\u00e1 contemplado inicialmente, circunstancia que se ha decidido unilateralmente sin contar con la parte social.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los <u>Delegados de Prevenci\u00f3n<\/u> hemos manifestado nuestra gran preocupaci\u00f3n por este problema que lleva enquistado hace a\u00f1os, y m\u00e1s a\u00fan dada la proximidad de la Semana Santa. Adem\u00e1s, las soluciones que se plantean en principio como definitivas, se van a dilatar como m\u00ednimo hasta ya entrado el verano.
