UGT INFORMA<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

Nuestro Ponente de Personal, no conforme con todos los problemas \u201cheredados\u201d, se empe\u00f1a cada d\u00eda, en generar otros nuevos. La lista se sigue ampliando y ampliando, sin dar soluciones a absolutamente nada. Por hacer un resumen:<\/p>\n

1\u00ba.- No se convocan las Mesas<\/u><\/strong> de Asuntos Comunes y de Laborales, a pesar de hacerse solicitado ya en innumerables ocasiones.<\/p>\n

2\u00ba.- Bajada unilateral de la partida de Formaci\u00f3n en un 20%<\/u><\/strong> para el 2024.<\/p>\n

3\u00ba.- Impagos de horas extras<\/u><\/strong> a los trabajadores.<\/p>\n

4\u00ba.- Ocultaci\u00f3n de Informe del Estado de los s\u00f3tanos<\/u><\/strong> (que se comprometi\u00f3 a que nos iba a ser entregado el pasado 15 de marzo). Se nos inst\u00f3 en el Comit\u00e9 de Seguridad y Salud del 13 de marzo a realizar un acto de fe, dici\u00e9ndonos de palabra que no hab\u00eda riesgo en al menos 2 a\u00f1os (quiz\u00e1s apelando a la proximidad en aquel momento de la Semana Santa).<\/p>\n

5\u00ba.- Ocultaci\u00f3n de Informe del Delegado de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos,<\/u><\/strong> tras la entrega de nuestras historias cl\u00ednicas a una empresa externa para ser digitalizadas y que nos iba a ser entregado el pasado 15 de marzo.<\/p>\n

6\u00ba.- Irregularidades de varios tipos en los gastos realizados con cargo a las Partidas de Formaci\u00f3n a\u00fan sin aclarar.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

7\u00ba.- Procesos selectivos fuera de norma,<\/u> <\/strong>impidiendo concursar a los compa\u00f1eros que tienen derecho a ello y dejando a los trabajadores inmersos en la promoci\u00f3n interna en absoluta inseguridad jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>8\u00ba.– Inacci\u00f3n absoluta e incompetencia en el proceso de cambio de Entidad Mutualista solicitado por todos los representantes de los trabajadores<\/u><\/strong>, lo cual, a priori y como m\u00ednimo, se nos muestra muy sospechoso.<\/p>\n

9\u00ba.- Falta de soluciones para el disfrute de d\u00edas del 2023<\/u><\/strong> de aquellos trabajadores que, por necesidades del Servicio, no han podido hacer uso de los mismos.<\/p>\n

10\u00ba.- Traslados por motivos de salud y adaptaciones de puestos sin ejecutar<\/u><\/strong> desde hace meses e incluso a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

11\u00ba.- Calendarios de trabajo solicitados hace meses tambi\u00e9n, y a\u00fan sin negociar<\/u><\/strong> (como sucede por ejemplo em CDIS).<\/p>\n

12\u00ba.- Falta de renovaci\u00f3n de los contratos de mantenimiento<\/u><\/strong> de aplicaciones inform\u00e1ticas de varios servicios.<\/p>\n

\n

Realmente de continuar en esta din\u00e1mica, no ser\u00e1 de extra\u00f1ar que nuestro nuevo Ponente pase a la historia del Ayuntamiento, como Daniel I \u201cEl Ausente\u201d<\/u>. Parece no terminar de enterarse, como ocupante de su cargo, de las cuestiones sobre las que tiene que trabajar y aplicar soluciones.<\/p>\n

Desde UGT<\/strong> ya hemos sobrepasado con creces los l\u00edmites de nuestra paciencia, y ya estamos trabajando con nuestro equipo Jur\u00eddico, como no pod\u00eda ser de otro modo, a la vista de todo lo anteriormente descrito y su gravedad.<\/p>\n
