{"id":3882,"date":"2024-04-17T16:15:54","date_gmt":"2024-04-17T14:15:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/?p=3882"},"modified":"2024-04-17T16:15:54","modified_gmt":"2024-04-17T14:15:54","slug":"el-uso-del-dinero-de-la-partida-de-formacion-aun-sin-aclarar-por-el-ponente-de-personal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/el-uso-del-dinero-de-la-partida-de-formacion-aun-sin-aclarar-por-el-ponente-de-personal\/","title":{"rendered":"EL USO DEL DINERO DE LA PARTIDA DE FORMACI\u00d3N A\u00daN SIN ACLARAR POR EL PONENTE DE PERSONAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT\u00a0 INFORMA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras una nueva reuni\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Formaci\u00f3n, hoy d\u00eda 17\/03\/2024 (una vez m\u00e1s sin presencia del Ponente de Personal o Dr. De RR.HH. tras m\u00faltiples solicitudes), seguimos sin tener aclaraci\u00f3n alguna de todas las irregularidades denunciadas por UGT del uso de las partidas del periodo 2019-2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong> no admite la bajada unilateral de la partida de formaci\u00f3n en un 20% realizada por el Ayuntamiento,<\/span> cargos a la partida para personas y colectivos concretos sin pasar por la Comisi\u00f3n de Formaci\u00f3n mientras se quita el curso on-line a la totalidad de la plantilla municipal, pagos de formaci\u00f3n a trabajadores que no pertenecen a la plantilla municipal\u2026, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desconocemos si lo que busca es que se denuncie directamente, y se plantee en v\u00eda judicial un contencioso para clarificar los hechos y depurar las posibles responsabilidades, y que sea <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">una vez m\u00e1s v\u00eda sentencia\u00a0<\/span> cuando se pongan las cosas en su sitio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong> ha dado por concluido hoy el <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">borrador de Propuesta de Formaci\u00f3n para funcionarios y laborales<\/span> para el a\u00f1o 2024 de todos los colectivos (a excepci\u00f3n de Bomberos que est\u00e1 pendiente de desarrollo en sesi\u00f3n posterior al contar con asignaci\u00f3n propia dentro de la propia partida).
