{"id":3897,"date":"2024-05-16T01:11:56","date_gmt":"2024-05-15T23:11:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/?p=3897"},"modified":"2024-05-16T01:13:19","modified_gmt":"2024-05-15T23:13:19","slug":"ugt-obliga-al-ayuntamiento-a-rectificar-con-el-uso-de-la-partida-de-formacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/ugt-obliga-al-ayuntamiento-a-rectificar-con-el-uso-de-la-partida-de-formacion\/","title":{"rendered":"UGT OBLIGA AL AYUNTAMIENTO A RECTIFICAR CON EL USO DE LA PARTIDA DE FORMACI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">UGT INFORMA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>UGT <\/strong>confirma que las <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">irregularidades detectadas con cargo a la partida, no eran presuntas, eran reales,<\/span> y comienzan a aparecer rectificaciones, tras anunciar nuestra intenci\u00f3n de denunciar en todas las v\u00edas legales procedentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde <strong>UGT<\/strong> queremos informaros que, tras una nueva sesi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Formaci\u00f3n, a la que <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">en esta ocasi\u00f3n ha acudido el Director de RRHH municipa<\/span>l, se nos ha comunicado lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.- <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Se restituye el 20% de la Partida de Formaci\u00f3n que se nos hab\u00eda quitado, y se incorpora la parte de la partida del a\u00f1o 2023<\/span>,<\/strong> que no se hab\u00eda utilizado al no haberse aprobado en ese a\u00f1o Plan de Formaci\u00f3n continua, tal y como hab\u00edamos solicitado desde <strong>UGT<\/strong> desde hace meses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.- Se va a proceder a gestionar la <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>devoluci\u00f3n del dinero cargado a la Partida por Formaci\u00f3n, de personal no perteneciente a la plantilla municipal<\/strong>,<\/span> tal y como tambi\u00e9n denunciamos desde <strong>UGT<\/strong> y se pudo comprobar que era cierto, con la documentaci\u00f3n aportada por el propio Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.- Se va a crear <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">una partida espec\u00edfica para cargar el mantenimiento de aquellos programas inform\u00e1ticos<\/span> <\/strong>que se cargaban a la partida de formaci\u00f3n al no haber, seg\u00fan se nos comunica, una partida espec\u00edfica para ello hasta el momento, otra de las cuestiones que hemos venido denunciando desde <strong>UGT<\/strong> reiteradamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4.- <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Se va a lanzar una instrucci\u00f3n a las Jefaturas de Servicio, indicando que todo curso que sea cargado a esta partida ha de ser conocido por la Comisi\u00f3n de Formaci\u00f3n y ser objeto de negociaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/span> Es decir, que tal y como reivindic\u00e1bamos desde <strong>UGT, <\/strong>no pueden generarse cargos directos a la partida para colectivos o personas concretas, desconocidos y no negociados, que en ocasiones han copado hasta un 60% del importe total de la misma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.- <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Se nos comunica oficialmente que no va incluirse Curso on-line para la plantilla este a\u00f1o, algo con lo que obviamente no podemos estar de acuerdo<\/strong>,<\/span> al ser el \u00fanico que garantizaba el acceso a al menos un curso\/a\u00f1o a toda la plantilla municipal. (El Plan de Formaci\u00f3n siempre queda corto y no todo el mundo consigue acceder a \u00e9l.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pesar de valorar positivamente, que algunas de nuestras reivindicaciones en defensa de todos nuestros compa\u00f1eros van siendo al fin contempladas, en cambio, otras siguen pendientes de resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sigue <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>pendiente la entrega de un Informe jur\u00eddico que aclare si es legal o no, que el personal de confianza se forme con cargo a la partida de la plantilla municipal<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n queda como asignatura pendiente, que todo este trabajo para la generaci\u00f3n del <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Plan de formaci\u00f3n 2024 finalmente sea negociado y aprobado en mesa, tal y como establece la Ley, el Convenio de laborales y el Acuerdo de funcionarios. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>UGT TIENE COMO DIRECTRIZ PRINCIPAL LA PROTECCI\u00d3N DE LOS DERECHOS DE LOS TRABAJADORES, EL TRABAJO SERIO Y LA LIMPIEZA POR LO QUE OS SEGUIREMOS INFORMANDO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">UGT PARTE DE LA SOLUCI\u00d3N Y NO PARTE DEL PROBLEMA.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UGT INFORMA UGT confirma que las irregularidades detectadas con cargo a la partida, no eran presuntas, eran reales, y comienzan a aparecer rectificaciones, tras anunciar nuestra intenci\u00f3n de denunciar en todas las v\u00edas legales procedentes.
