DESDE SU APERTURA, PARA FORZAR UNA PRIVATIZACI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">El Ayuntamiento de Santander fuerza activamente la privatizaci\u00f3n del M.A.S., infradotando de VIGILANTES e impidiendo al PERSONAL T\u00c9CNICO Y ADMINISTRATIVO su incorporaci\u00f3n a las dependencias; mientras anuncia ampliaciones de horarios y actividades en prensa.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras la apertura del M.A.S. el pasado mayo, el Ayuntamiento de Santander viene realizando diversas actuaciones irregulares, tendentes a dificultar diariamente el desarrollo normal de las actividades laborales y a hostigar a los trabajadores asignados a dicho Servicio municipal, actuaciones que interfieren directamente con la Seguridad y Salud de los trabajadores del Servicio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras la apertura al p\u00fablico las irregularidades que se ha producido son las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Los VIGILANTES <u><strong>carecen de VESTUARIO, DE ROPA DE TRABAJO Y CALZADO<\/strong> adecuado.<\/u><\/li>\n<li>Los VIGILANTES <strong><u>CARECEN DE <\/u><u>SILLAS ERGON\u00d3MICAS, REGULABLES EN ALTURA Y APOYO INTERMEDIO<\/u> <\/strong>para las piernas.<\/li>\n<li>Los <strong><u>VIGILANTES CARECEN HASTA DE TEL\u00c9FONO EN LAS INSTALACIONES<\/u><\/strong> para coordinar las instrucciones de trabajo diarias con Jefatura y resto de personal T\u00e9cnico y Administrativo perteneciente al Servicio (que permanecen a\u00fan en las dependencias provisionales, asignadas durante las obras de rehabilitaci\u00f3n), oblig\u00e1ndoles al uso de sus tel\u00e9fonos particulares.<\/li>\n<li>El n\u00famero de VIGILANTES asignados a las dependencias es insuficiente, y <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><u>no pueden realizar periodos de descanso, o disfrutar de permisos y vacaciones<\/u><\/span> con normalidad, esta <u>problem\u00e1tica diaria<\/u> ocasionada por la falta de plantilla es una situaci\u00f3n que el Ayuntamiento aun pudiendo solucionar, prefiere mantener, mirando hacia otro lado.<\/li>\n<li><u><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Existiendo espacios de trabajo habilitables en el M.A.S. tanto para el PERSONAL T\u00c9CNICO como ADMINISTRATIVO<\/span>, calificados como ADECUADOS PARA ESTE USO por el Servicio de Prevenci\u00f3n mediante Informe T\u00e9cnico;<\/u> a fecha de hoy, <u>estos espacios permanecen sin ser habilitados para su uso<\/u> (permanecen, como ya se ha mencionado en las dependencias provisionales, asignadas durante las obras de rehabilitaci\u00f3n). Esto supone problem\u00e1ticas diarias en la coordinaci\u00f3n de los trabajos entre VIGILANTES y PERSONAL T\u00c9CNICO Y ADMINISTRATIVO, y <u>origen de problem\u00e1tica de \u00e1mbito psicosocial y posibles da\u00f1os a la salud de los trabajadores en este \u00e1mbito.<\/u><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">El mantenimiento de la <u>separaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica del PERSONAL T\u00c9CNICO Y ADMINISTRATIVO, incluso pudiera ser constitutivo de un posible riesgo por \u201cACOSO LABORAL<\/u>\u201d<\/span> para este colectivo. Los espacios de trabajo que anteriormente ocupaban estos trabajadores, no se han dotado de medios materiales de trabajo en las nuevas dependencias ya rehabilitadas, impidiendo un desarrollo normal de la actividad laboral de todos los trabajadores (Incluso se ha hecho desaparecer la sala de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de obras de la Restauradora).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Todo esto sucede mientras desde el Ayuntamiento de Santander se anuncian en prensa ampliaci\u00f3n de horarios de trabajo y actividades en este Servicio Municipal.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es por todo lo expuesto desde <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">la <strong>SECCI\u00d3N SINDICAL DE UGT<\/strong> ha solicitado a la Inspecci\u00f3n Provincial de Trabajo y Seguridad Social <strong><u>visita urgente a las dependencias del M.A.S.<\/u><\/strong> <\/span>(Calle Rubio 6) <u>para que desarrolle las actuaciones que legalmente considere oportunas ante la denuncia .<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT TIENE COMO DIRECTRIZ PRINCIPAL LA PROTECCI\u00d3N DE LOS DERECHOS DE LOS TRABAJADORES, EL TRABAJO SERIO Y LA LIMPIEZA POR LO QUE OS SEGUIREMOS INFORMANDO.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT PARTE DE LA SOLUCI\u00d3N Y NO PARTE DEL PROBLEMA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ayuntamiento de Santander fuerza activamente la privatizaci\u00f3n del M.A.S., infradotando de VIGILANTES e impidiendo al PERSONAL T\u00c9CNICO Y ADMINISTRATIVO su incorporaci\u00f3n a las dependencias; mientras anuncia ampliaciones de horarios y actividades en prensa.
