{"id":3941,"date":"2024-09-11T14:24:52","date_gmt":"2024-09-11T12:24:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/?p=3941"},"modified":"2024-09-11T14:24:52","modified_gmt":"2024-09-11T12:24:52","slug":"algo-huele-a-podrido-en-el-ayuntamiento-de-santander","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/algo-huele-a-podrido-en-el-ayuntamiento-de-santander\/","title":{"rendered":"ALGO HUELE A PODRIDO \u2026 EN EL AYUNTAMIENTO DE SANTANDER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Algo muy grave est\u00e1 sucediendo en las arcas municipales, y lo que antes eran indicios, ahora ya se est\u00e1n trasformando en certezas. <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez m\u00e1s, <strong><u><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">los trabajadores municipales NO COBRAN, ni los atrasos de las actualizaciones de n\u00f3mina del<\/span> 2%<\/u><\/strong> fruto del acuerdo firmado por<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> <strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> a nivel estatal<u>, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>ni las horas horas extras<\/strong><\/span><\/u>. Mes tras mes, se va dilatando la actualizaci\u00f3n de nuestras n\u00f3minas y el pago de los atrasos adeudados, y se miente a\u00a0 los trabajadores y sus representantes, inst\u00e1ndoles a esperar, haciendo el Ayuntamiento gala, una vez m\u00e1s, del \u201cPROMETER Y NO DAR NO DESCOMPONE CASA\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ayuntamiento tambi\u00e9n <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>PARALIZA UNILATERALMENTE todas las acciones tendentes a la REVISI\u00d3N DE PUESTOS DE TRABAJO, O ACTUACIONES QUE PUDIERAN QUEDAR COMPRENDIDAS DENTRO DEL FAMOSO \u201cPLAN DE EMPLEO\u201d<\/strong><\/span>. Tampoco da cumplimiento a acuerdos ya adoptados. Una vez m\u00e1s, vemos la sombra de la falta de recursos econ\u00f3micos por parte del Ayuntamiento,\u00a0 ya que a <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span>, jam\u00e1s se nos quiso dar el dato sobre qu\u00e9 presupuesto se manejaba, para la revisi\u00f3n de los puestos de trabajo municipales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A esto, se vienen sumado otros hechos, por ejemplo<u>, <strong>mientras nuestros trabajadores permanecen en un edificio que ya debiera estar completamente vac\u00edo<\/strong><\/u><strong>,<\/strong> por los graves incumplimientos de seguridad que presenta (<strong>Edificio Cisneros<\/strong>), se gasta dinero p\u00fablico para nuevos edificios, como el nuevo <strong>Edificio CIE CENTRO DE INICIATIVAS EMPRESARIALES<\/strong> (Calle La Tesilla), y en el cual, <strong><u>no hay previsto que vaya ning\u00fan trabajador municipal, sino trabajadores de empresas privadas.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo, y para nada menos importante, est\u00e1n <strong><u>todos los Servicios que d\u00eda tras d\u00eda ven mermadas ostensiblemente sus plantillas<\/u> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(Banda de M\u00fasica, Servicios Sociales, \u00a0Polic\u00eda, Bomberos, Bibliotecas, Servicio de Personal, Talleres, Mini zoo, Protocolo,\u00a0 \u2026 etc etc<\/span>,<\/strong> porque <strong><u>la lista es interminable<\/u><\/strong>.\u00a0 Compa\u00f1eros que se jubilan y no se incorpora a nadie a esos puestos, bajas que jam\u00e1s se cubren, puestos que quedaron sin cubrir por los traslados tras la estabilizaci\u00f3n \u2026 etc. <strong>Esta din\u00e1mica municipal, de quiebra forzada y paulatina de los Servicios est\u00e1 tan clara, que se est\u00e1 llegando a extremos tales como no tener aprobados los<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> CALENDARIOS DE TRABAJO DE<\/span> MINIZOO Y CDIS<\/span> para el 2024 \u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1 y estamos en septiembre !!!!!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tampoco se nos pueden olvidar, las graves denuncias que realizamos con respecto al <strong><u><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">MAS<\/span>, la carencia de recursos b\u00e1sicos humanos y materiales<\/u><\/strong> (vestuarios, taquillas, ropa de trabajo, mobiliario \u2026 etc) de estos compa\u00f1eros, que les impiden un desarrollo normal de su actividad laboral en el Museo, tras su rehabilitaci\u00f3n. <strong><u>Mientas, si se gasta dinero en empresas privadas y nuevas adjudicaciones<\/u><\/strong>, cuyas tareas se solapan con las del personal propio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s, el Ayuntamiento, tal y como sucedi\u00f3 con la cena de Santa Rita,\u00a0 justifica contrataciones de empresas, porque supuestamente los trabajadores municipales no pueden asumir toda la carga de trabajo, cuando realmente lo que se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo, es una estrategia clara de <strong><u>DESTRUCCI\u00d3N DE TODO LO PUBLICO Y PRIVATIZACI\u00d3N PAULATINA DE TODO EL AYUNTAMIENTO DE SANTANDER<\/u>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ANTE ESTO YA SOLO NOS QUEDA DENUNCIAR Y DEPURAR RESPONSABILIDADES HASTA SUS ULTIMAS CONSECUENCAS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT TIENE COMO DIRECTRIZ PRINCIPAL LA PROTECCI\u00d3N DE LOS DERECHOS DE LOS TRABAJADORES, EL TRABAJO SERIO Y LA LIMPIEZA POR LO QUE OS SEGUIREMOS INFORMANDO.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT PARTE DE LA SOLUCI\u00d3N Y NO PARTE DEL PROBLEMA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Algo muy grave est\u00e1 sucediendo en las arcas municipales, y lo que antes eran indicios, ahora ya se est\u00e1n trasformando en certezas.
