Mar\u00eda Blanchard, Los Viveros y Jes\u00fas Cancio.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3957 alignleft\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" src=\"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240923_113827-3-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240923_113827-3-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240923_113827-3-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240923_113827-3-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240923_113827-3-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240923_113827-3-scaled.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El motivo ha sido comprobar como han quedado las obras de mejora que <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT reclam\u00f3 hace m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o dentro de\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>su campa\u00f1a de revisi\u00f3n de los puestos de trabajo de los vigilantes<\/strong><\/span> municipales y su grado de adecuaci\u00f3n a la normativa de Prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Hay que agradecer el trabajo realizado por los compa\u00f1er@s de talleres<\/strong> <strong>municipales <\/strong><\/span>para el acondicionamiento de estos espacios de trabajo, siguiendo los informes del Servicio de Prevenci\u00f3n solicitados desde UGT. Los vigilantes de estos centros escolares han mejorado sus puestos eliminando las corrientes, mejorando la visibilidad y ergonom\u00eda y se les ha dotado de <strong>un espacio digno que tantas veces UGT ha reclamado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #ff0000; text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3961 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240923_113819-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"199\" height=\"265\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240923_113819-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240923_113819-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240923_113819-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240923_113819-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240923_113819-scaled.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 199px) 100vw, 199px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evidentemente quedan algunos flecos pendientes de resolver como es la colocaci\u00f3n de telefonillos para LA apertura de puertas, por ejemplo. (Esta cuesti\u00f3n, ha de resolverse en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n).<a href=\"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240923_113827-3.heic\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-3954\" src=\"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240923_113827-3.heic\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n queremos informar que seguiremos reivindicando que estos compa\u00f1er@s tengan <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>acc<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>eso a equipos inform\u00e1ticos<\/strong><\/span>, el\u00a0acceso a las tecnolog\u00edas tambi\u00e9n es importante en estos puestos de trabajo que han sufrido muchas modificaciones a lo largo de los a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Continuaremos tambi\u00e9n luchando por <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>mejoras salariales<\/strong><\/span> que se ajusten realmente a los cometidos de trabajo desarrollados por este colectivo de compa\u00f1eros en especial lo relativo al complemento espec\u00edfico y niveles (cuesti\u00f3n que ya\u00a0deber\u00eda estar resuelta por parte del Ayuntamiento desde hace mucho tiempo).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En conclusi\u00f3n queremos informaros de que las <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>reclamaciones de UGT que publicamos el 28 de junio del 2023<\/strong><\/span> (<a href=\"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/ugt-realiza-una-campana-para-la-mejora-y-adecuacion-de-las-condiciones-de-trabajo-de-vigilantes-y-ordenanzas-municipales\/\">enlace de la noticia de la reclamaci\u00f3n pinchar aqu\u00ed<\/a>) han surtido efecto y nuestros vigilantes desarrollan su trabajo en un espacio m\u00e1s digno, mejorando sus condiciones de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT TIENE COMO DIRECTRIZ PRINCIPAL LA PROTECCI\u00d3N DE LOS DERECHOS DE LOS TRABAJADORES, EL TRABAJO SERIO Y LA LIMPIEZA POR LO QUE OS SEGUIREMOS INFORMANDO.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT PARTE DE LA SOLUCI\u00d3N Y NO PAR<\/strong><\/span><strong style=\"color: #ff0000;\">TE DEL PROBLEMA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-3954\" src=\"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240923_113827-3.heic\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los delegados de UGT hemos realizado visita a los compa\u00f1eros que trabajan como vigilantes, m\u00e1s concretamente a los CP.
