{"id":4007,"date":"2024-12-05T18:46:21","date_gmt":"2024-12-05T17:46:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/?p=4007"},"modified":"2024-12-05T18:46:21","modified_gmt":"2024-12-05T17:46:21","slug":"ugt-informa-el-ayuntamiento-de-santander-cierra-el-ano-con-muchas-asignaturas-pendientes-y-practicando-el-pati-si-y-pati-no","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/ugt-informa-el-ayuntamiento-de-santander-cierra-el-ano-con-muchas-asignaturas-pendientes-y-practicando-el-pati-si-y-pati-no\/","title":{"rendered":"UGT INFORMA: EL AYUNTAMIENTO DE SANTANDER CIERRA EL A\u00d1O CON MUCHAS ASIGNATURAS PENDIENTES, Y PRACTICANDO EL \u201cPA\u00b4TI SI Y PA\u00b4TI NO\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde UGT, llevamos ya desde hace mucho tiempo denunciando las<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> Pol\u00edticas de RR.HH. que <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">se vienen desarrollando fuera de los cauces establecidos<\/span><\/strong>, y que <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">da\u00f1an los derechos de <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">funcionarios y laborales municipales.<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nSeguimos esperando la realizaci\u00f3n de <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MESAS DE NEGOCIACI\u00d3N<\/span><\/strong><\/span>, como por ejemplo la Mesa de Asuntos Comunes para <strong>revisi\u00f3n de RPT<\/strong> de todos los temas solicitados y pendientes de resoluci\u00f3n, y la Mesa de Laborales que tampoco se convoca.<br \/>\nContin\u00faan<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong> existiendo pagos pendientes a trabajadores<\/strong><\/span>, y mientras, fuera de los mecanismos de negociaci\u00f3n, se determinan <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>SUBIDAS SALARIALES POR CONCEPTOS CUESTIONABLES SI <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>NO SON APLICADOS DE MODO GENERAL PARA TODOS LOS COMPA\u00d1EROS EN LAS <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>MISMAS CIRCUNSTANCIAS<\/strong><\/span>, en un ejercicio claro del<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> \u201cPA\u00b4TI SI Y PA\u00b4TI NO\u201d<\/span><\/strong>. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Una nueva <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u201cpatinada\u201d<\/strong> imposible de justificar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Se ELIMIN\u00d3 UNILATERALMENTE LA OFERTA DE FORMACI\u00d3N PROPIA DEL CURSO ON-<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">LINE para este a\u00f1o 2024<\/span><\/strong>,<\/span> a pesar de las pocas plazas que hay para formaci\u00f3n, ignorando este nuevo caso de agravio entre compa\u00f1eros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nY a todo esto se une, para que no falte de nada, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>NUESTRO PLAN DE PENSIONES TAMBI\u00c9N <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>ESTA EN EL AIRE<\/strong>,<\/span> y nos tememos, que sin darle curso para este 2024, lo cual puede suponer otra p\u00e9rdida de derechos para la totalidad de los trabajadores municipales, en un nuevo ejercicio de empobrecimiento sobre la totalidad de la plantilla.<br \/>\nDesde <strong>UGT<\/strong> queremos poner en vuestro conocimiento todas estas circunstancias, y as\u00ed mismo comunicamos, el <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">INICIO DE ACTUACIONES CONTRA ESTA VULNERACI\u00d3N DE DERECHOS <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Y LOS ABUSOS<\/span> sobre los trabajadores municipales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">UGT, PARTE DE LA SOLUCI\u00d3N Y NO, PARTE DEL PROBLEMA.<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">SEGUIREMOS INFORMANDO.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde UGT, llevamos ya desde hace mucho tiempo denunciando las Pol\u00edticas de RR.HH. que se vienen desarrollando fuera de los cauces establecidos, y que da\u00f1an los derechos de funcionarios y laborales municipales.
