Posteriormente, en la Revisi\u00f3n de Evaluaci\u00f3n del <strong>2009, se ratific\u00f3 la existencia de dichos riesgos<\/strong> y su agravamiento, debido tanto a elementos estructurales como al ascensor del Edificio. A ra\u00edz de todo ello, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">desde <strong>UGT se realizaron denuncias<\/strong><\/span> (por parte de nuestros Delegados de Prevenci\u00f3n), debido al estado del edificio incluido el ascensor, a lo que se sum\u00f3 un incidente con ca\u00edda del ascensor, mientas era ocupado por un trabajador. \u00a0En el periodo 2014 y 2015, se realizaron solicitudes de intervenci\u00f3n directa al Servicio Municipal de Edificaci\u00f3n deficiente, en base a <strong>diversos informes T\u00e9cnicos con<\/strong> las numerosas <strong>deficiencias, incidentes acaecidos y denuncias realizadas desde UGT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">ante el grave estado del Edificio, <strong>se opt\u00f3 por parte del Ayuntamiento en su derribo o remodelaci\u00f3n integral <\/strong>a realizar a partir de 2019<\/span> y la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo Edificio (La Paz), y reubicaci\u00f3n de Servicios y Trabajadores en esa nueva dependencia, inaugurado en marzo de 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A fecha de hoy, inexplicablemente<strong>, nuestro Ponente de Personal y Presidente del Comit\u00e9 de Seguridad y Salud laboral, a pesar de las denuncias constantes de UGT en el CSSL, y los escritos dirigidos al su persona, no ha dado curso a esa reubicaci\u00f3n de todos los servicios y trabajadores. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>EN EL COMIT\u00c9 DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD DE DICIEMBRE DE 2024 EL PONENTE DE PERSONAL Y PRESIDENTE DEL CSSL SE COMPROMETI\u00d3 Y AS\u00cd <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">CONSTA EN ACTA<\/span>, A LA REUBICACI\u00d3N INMEDIATA DE LOS TRABAJADORES<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">EN CAMBIO, EN EL <strong><u>COMIT\u00c9 DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD DE ESTE 18 MARZO DE 2025, DA POR REVOCADA ESTA DECISI\u00d3N DICIENDO QUE YA NO HAY PREVISTA REUBICACI\u00d3N<\/u><\/strong>, y que se mantiene en el Edificio Cisneros a trabajadores, sin fecha prevista de cambio, o intenci\u00f3n alguna de hacerlo, hasta que se efect\u00faen nuevos pliegos o contrataciones de empresas privadas, a las que tambi\u00e9n se ubica en estas dependencias, alegando que parece ser, que carecen de ellas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Con esta injustificada negligencia por parte del Equipo de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Santander, <u>SE<\/u><\/strong><strong><u> VULNERAN DIARIA Y GRAVEMENTE DERECHOS DE LOS TRABAJADORES A LA SEGURIDAD Y SALUD EN SU PUESTO DE TRABAJO<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Desde UGT, ya hemos dado curso a nuestra DENUNCIA ANTE LA INSPECCI\u00d3N DE TRABAJO<\/span> PARA QUE VISITE DE FORMA URGENTE EL EDIFICIO. As\u00ed mismo, ANUNCIAMOS MOVILIZACIONES DE NO DARSE UNA SOLUCI\u00d3N INMEDIATA, ya que consideramos muy grave que TRABAJADORES MUNICIPALES para desempe\u00f1ar su labor, SE VEAN SOMETIDOS DIARIAMENTE A ESTE TIPO DE RIESGOS, CUANDO OTROS YA FUERON TRASLADADOS EN MARZO DE 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>DESDE UGT SEGUIREMOS INFORMANDO, LA <u>SEGURIDAD Y SALUD DE LOS TRABAJADORES PARA NOSOTROS ES UN VALOR PRIORITARIO A PROTEGER<\/u>, COMO VIENE RECOGIDO EN LEY 31\/95 Y TODAS SUS NORMAS DE DESARROLLO.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UGT DENUNCIA ANTE INSPECCI\u00d3N DE TRABAJO Y SOLICITA VISITA URGENTE A LAS DEPENDENCIAS MUNICIPALES DEL EDIFICIO CISNEROS (Antigua Botica de Socorro Calle Cisneros N.\u00ba 2).
