El Equipo de Gobierno con el Ponente de Personal y el Director de RRHH a la cabeza, publican en prensa la aprobaci\u00f3n de la OPE 2025<\/strong>, sin reflejar para nada lo hablado en la sesi\u00f3n, dejando claro la FALTA DE NEGOCIACI\u00d3N REAL Y EFECTIVA<\/strong>, en un EJERCICIO DE PURA IMPOSICI\u00d3N<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Presentan una OPE PARA 2025, A LA QUE NO SE INCORPORA NING\u00daN ESTUDIO T\u00c9CNICO<\/strong> que refleje una justificaci\u00f3n de necesidades de RRHH, que determine el porqu\u00e9 de estas plazas y no otras, por ejemplo. TAMPOCO SE PRESENTA NINGUNA MEMORIA ECON\u00d3MICA O DATO ECON\u00d3MICO,<\/strong> que aclare porqu\u00e9 se han determinado este n\u00famero de plazas, y no otro superior o diferente. Lo mismo sucede con la DETERMINACI\u00d3N DE QU\u00c9 PLAZAS SON PARA PROMOCI\u00d3N INTERNA, Y CUALES SALEN LIBRES, NO SE JUSTIFICA O APOYA MEDIANTE NING\u00daN DATO<\/strong>, informe o explicaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica. Desde UGT<\/span>, <\/strong>en varios casos no estamos de acuerdo con la distribuci\u00f3n, como por ejemplo con las de AUXILIARES DE BIBLIOTECAS (tendr\u00edan que ser mas a promoci\u00f3n interna) , aunque no es el \u00fanico, tenemos m\u00e1s que no se negociaron en ning\u00fan momento.<\/p>\n

Como \u201cguinda del pastel\u201d a todo esto que ellos llaman \u201cNEGOCIAR\u201d, SE INCORPORAN TODAS LAS VACANTES OCUPADAS POR NUESTROS COMPA\u00d1EROS A TURNO LIBRE, NEGANDOSE A SU CONVOCATORIA A CONCURSO-OPOSICI\u00d3N<\/u>.<\/strong><\/span> Desde UGT<\/strong> <\/span>nos preguntamos el porqu\u00e9 de una negativa as\u00ed, sobre la que no se da explicaci\u00f3n alguna.<\/p>\n

UGT NOS QUEDAMOS SOLOS, EN NUESTRO VOTO EN CONTRA DE UNA OPE EN ESTOS T\u00c9RMINOS TAN PERJUDICIALES PARA TANTOS COMPA\u00d1EROS<\/u><\/strong>,<\/span> algo que llevamos diciendo desde hace meses. El resto votaron a favor de la OPE, y simplemente manifestaron que les gustar\u00eda que hubiera un CONCURSO- OPOSICI\u00d3N, pero validaron la decisi\u00f3n del Equipo de Gobierno. <\/u><\/p>\n

Desde UGT<\/span>,<\/strong> estamos TOTALMENTE EN CONTRA DE UNA OPE 2025 SIN JUSTIFICAR T\u00c9CNICA Y DOCUMENTALMENTE, SIN UNA NEGOCIACI\u00d3N REAL Y EFECTIVA, Y QUE COMO COLOF\u00d3N DEJA TIRADOS A UN MONT\u00d3N DE COMPA\u00d1EROS<\/u><\/strong><\/span> que \u00fanicamente piden que sea valorada su EXPERIENCIA Y CONOCIMIENTOS, EN UNOS T\u00c9RMINOS JUSTOS Y AMPARADOS POR LA LEY.<\/p>\n

Para que todos teng\u00e1is claro que plazas son las propuestas en esta OPE, y no informaci\u00f3n parcial, os pasamos a detallar<\/u>:<\/p>\n

EXTINCI\u00d3N DE INCENDIOS Y SALVAMENTO<\/strong>: 6 DE BOMBEROS LIBRES, 3 DE BOMBERO-CONDUCTOR LIBRES, 3 DE CABO BOMBEROS A PROMOCI\u00d3N INTERNA, 2 DE CABO BOMBEROS CONDUCTOR A PROMOCI\u00d3N INTERNA, 1 DE SUBOFICIAL A PROMOCI\u00d3N INTERNA.<\/p>\n

En conclusi\u00f3n, que echando n\u00fameros EL 50 % DE LAS PLAZAS DE ESTA OPE 2025 DE LA QUE EST\u00c1N TAN ORGULLOSOS, ES A COSTA DEL PERJUCIO DE TODOS LOS COMPA\u00d1EROS EN ABUSO DE TEMPORALIDAD; ADMINISTRATIVOS, AUXILIARES ADMINISTRATIVOS, VIGILANTES, TRABAJADORES SOCIALES Y EDUCADORES, OPERARIOS DE TALLERES, ARQUITECTOS TCOS \u2026 ETC, A LOS QUE SE LES PERJUDICA GRAVEMENTE, IMPIDIENDO QUE ACCEDAN A UN CONCURSO-OPOSICI\u00d3N<\/u>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

ESTA ES LA \u201cMACROOPE\u201d<\/u> COMO LA LLAMA EL DR. DE RR.HH. HUMANOS, QUE DESDE UGT SOLO PODEMOS DENOMINAR \u201cDE LA VERG\u00dcENZA\u201d.<\/u> EL 50 % DE ESTA OFERTA ES A COSTA DE COMPA\u00d1EROS<\/strong> Y UN 15% ES LA REPOSICI\u00d3N ANUAL<\/strong> de Polic\u00edas y Bomberos y la promoci\u00f3n interna de dichos cuerpos.<\/p>\n

Ante esto, hay quien dice que se ha negociado una \u201cOPE hist\u00f3rica\u201d. Hist\u00f3rica s\u00ed que es, porque NUNCA ANTES SE HA QUERIDO PERJUDICAR GRATUITAMENTE, A UN COLECTIVO TAN GRANDE DE TRABAJADORES MUNICIPALES<\/u>. Parece que hay quien ha olvidado que hace \u201ccuatro d\u00edas\u201d se negoci\u00f3 y ayudo a un mont\u00f3n de compa\u00f1eros en su estabilizaci\u00f3n, y que la situaci\u00f3n actual, es muy parecida. \u00a1Qu\u00e9 poca memoria hay en este Ayuntamiento!<\/p>\n

Desde UGT,<\/strong> adem\u00e1s de seguir luchando contra esta injusticia, ahora tambi\u00e9n vamos a trabajar y poner el foco en la causa de algo tan grave, tristemente EN ESTE AYUNTAMIENTO SIEMPRE HAY UNA CAUSA PARA TODO. \u00bfPOR QU\u00c9 A LOS COMPA\u00d1EROS EN VACANTE CON ABUSO DE TEMPORALIDAD SE LES QUIERE CONVERTIR EN EL \u201cSACRIFICIO NECESARIO\u201d? \u00bfQUI\u00c9N SE BENEFICIA DE ESTA SITUACI\u00d3N?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

UGT <\/strong>no deja a nadie en el camino, durante la ESTABILIZACI\u00d3N dijimos \u201cESTABILIZACI\u00d3N PARA TODOS\u201d, nada de unos si, y otros no. Con los AMU y su PROMOCI\u00d3N A POLICIAS nunca dudamos y abanderamos todo el proceso, a\u00fan cuando se nos tach\u00f3 de locos.<\/p>\n
