DE RR.HH."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-4125 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/tempFileForShare_20250715-092102-300x236.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"533\" height=\"419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/tempFileForShare_20250715-092102-300x236.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/tempFileForShare_20250715-092102-1024x805.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/tempFileForShare_20250715-092102-768x604.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ugtaytosantander.es\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/tempFileForShare_20250715-092102.jpg 1079w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 533px) 100vw, 533px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> con esta <strong><u>solicitud de cese, busca proteger la limpieza de los procesos selectivos y los derechos de los trabajadores y opositores<\/u><\/strong>, en l\u00ednea con la necesidad de una Administraci\u00f3n Local <strong><u>eficiente y ajena a intereses particulare<\/u><\/strong>s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Observamos que la falta de transparencia y de \u00e9tica por parte de este Equipo de Gobierno, en relaci\u00f3n a las actividades del director de RRHH contin\u00faa, tras nuestra solicitud por escrito del cese del director de RR.HH.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La contestaci\u00f3n que hemos recibido por parte de la Alcaldesa, est\u00e1 basada en el informe jur\u00eddico de los letrados municipales, que en primera instancia nos fue remitida sin firmar. Transcurridos tres d\u00edas, se nos remite de nuevo firmada, pero de nuevo sin pie de recurso. Nos hemos visto en la necesidad de reclamar que se subsane esta deficiencia \u00bfQu\u00e9 se pretende con todo esto? Entendemos que una vez m\u00e1s, generar indefensi\u00f3n y falta de claridad en la soluci\u00f3n de este grav\u00edsimo problema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> queremos aclarar varias cuestiones para que nada lleve a equivoco:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En primer lugar<\/strong>. &#8211;<u> El conocimiento de esta doble actividad nos lleg\u00f3 a <\/u><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><u>UGT<\/u><\/strong><\/span><u>, a trav\u00e9s de quejas de ciudadanos, que no pod\u00edan comprender que algo tan grave estuviese sucediendo<\/u>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En segundo lugar<\/strong>. &#8211; Queremos dejar muy claro que legalmente vamos a llegar hasta las \u00faltimas consecuencias y que <u>vamos a judicializar tanto la OPE del 2025, de no ser retirada y negociada de nuevo tras el cese<\/u>, as\u00ed como las irregularidades que se derivan de ella, todas y cada una.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En tercer lugar<\/strong>, con respecto al \u201csingular informe\u201d que hemos recibido por darle un adjetivo, no tiene \u201cni pies ni cabeza\u201d y a nuestro entender para nada se ajusta a la realidad legal vigente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El director de Recursos Humanos, tiene un papel crucial en la gesti\u00f3n de las ofertas p\u00fablicas de empleo (OPE) del Ayuntamiento, y preparar a opositores, genera un claro conflicto de intereses. Entendemos que esto vicia la limpieza y la imparcialidad de los procesos selectivos, afectando directamente a la igualdad de oportunidades de los aspirantes. La Ley 3\/2015 y la Ley 7\/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del R\u00e9gimen Local (LBRL), buscan prevenir este tipo de situaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este Ayuntamiento, se ha de regir por los principios de legalidad, objetividad, transparencia e imparcialidad. Pensamos que cualquier actividad que ponga en entredicho la imparcialidad de un cargo directivo, como el director de Recursos Humanos, va en contra de estos principios fundamentales del buen funcionamiento de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica local.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, queremos poner en conocimiento de todos que dentro del espec\u00edfico de este puesto, que asciende a la cantidad total de 2740 \u20ac mensuales, se retribuyen los conceptos de disponibilidad y de incompatibilidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como conclusi\u00f3n, solo quisi\u00e9ramos decir una cosa m\u00e1s: <strong>SE PUEDE ENGA\u00d1AR A UNOS POCOS MUCHO TIEMPO, A MUCHOS POCO TIEMPO, PERO NO A TODOS TODO EL TIEMPO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P.D. Seguimos siendo el \u00fanico sindicato municipal, que est\u00e1 solicitando el CESE DEL DIRECTOR DE RR.HH. y la limpieza y transparencia dentro de esta Administraci\u00f3n, en los procesos selectivos municipales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>DESDE UGT SEGUIMOS LUCHANDO E INFORMANDO DE TODO LO REFERENTE A ESTE TEMA PORQUE LO CONSIDERAMOS DE LA M\u00c1XIMA IMPORTANCIA Y GRAVEDAD. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UGT con esta solicitud de cese, busca proteger la limpieza de los procesos selectivos y los derechos de los trabajadores y opositores, en l\u00ednea con la necesidad de una Administraci\u00f3n Local eficiente y ajena a intereses particulares.
